IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE BAR AND PUBLIC
CONCERNING JOINT ORDER SCHEDULING
PRETRIAL PROCEEDINGS AND TRIAL
The bar and public are advised that the Board of Judges for the Bankruptcy Court for the
District of New Jersey has approved revisions to the Court’s mandatory local form, Joint Order
Scheduling Pretrial Proceedings and Trial. This Order must be submitted to the Court prior to
the date of the pretrial conference in adversary proceedings. Parties who do not submit the most
recent version of the Order will be asked to resubmit it.
The revised Order is attached and is available on the court’s web site, www.njb.uscourts.gov.
